Our bearings are manufactured in Switzerland based on our particular requirements. The seals are differentiated. One side has a flange with contact (black) to improve the protection of the bearing. The other side has a flange without contact (blue) to reduce friction. We choose the best materials, with a specific chrome steel that allows to combine a very high robustness with very high level of hardness. Additionally, we particularly worked on the surface states of the balls and their raceways to reduce as much as possible energy losses. Type of lubricant, filling rate... everything is done to improve quality, and provide you an amazing reliability as well as a high-level of performance.
